Tom, will give a ring when I get back down there after the 1st of the year.

Ed, all those shots are in Mexico, even the cooking ones. You have to make do with what you can down there. Up here I use a seasoning from Satan's Breath (google for more info) that works very well. 45 seconds per side in a red hot iron pan.
