There is some money to be made in used boats however yours does not sound like one of them. A transom and a floor are considered integral and necessary components of a functional boat. Any money that you would put into replacing the transom and floor of a boat would not be money you could expect to see a return on.
Now lets say you were to find a great deal on a SeaCraft in good structural condition with some minor dings and cracks here and there fix it up and slap some new paint on it and then some shiny new hardware and a decent motor and offer it for re- sale then you might be able to make a few dollars off it. key word MIGHT be able to. Best bet would be just to hang on to it till boat prices go back up.
