Go with as big as you can fit. Tabs are magic on small center consoles for making way in a head sea. By the looks of the pic you own a 21 Paramount Superfish. I owned one myself......pad hull with a notched transom, with a 225 they will show their AZZ to about anything of the same size and power in up to a 2 ft chop. I went with 12x12 Lenco tabs on mine, great warranty and easy to install...here is a pic of my old superfish.....really fun boat.
