That statement doesn't seem like a good comparison to me. I don't have stats, but a good number of 23 seacraft's are restored by people who use them for commercial purposes. The 23 has a HUGE commercial fishing/charter following around New England and in Florida. The hull rides, drifts, and handles better than almost everything in it's size range. No commercial fisherman I know gives a crap what their boat looks like . . . just how it performs. So comparing a mustang to a seacraft . . . doesn't make sense to me. Mustangs aren't utilitarian or used for commercial purposes . . . Mustangs are not top performers either.
