Just started a total rebuild on a 1977 23 with a 230hp Yanmar in it. The rebuild will include pulling the topcap and liner for recoring, digging out the wet foam in the stringers and pouring new foam, hinging the console and adding hydraulic rams to raise it, the Awlgripping the entire boat.
