Thanks for the thoughts guys. I came to similar conclusions. Hard to tell w/o a firsthand inspection, but judging by the equipment shelved at the helm and the shot of the batteries & wiring, it doesn't appear to have sunk. IF it didn't, and IF the hull didn't sustain structural damage, it MIGHT be worth $5K. Whatever it hit (or hit it), obviously wasn't bottom or dock pilings. Notice the throttle/gear lever appears broken off?
Any reservations about the 1987 hull build?
What I particularly like on these boats is the enclosed transom & extended bracket. Am I correct in thinking that they never came from the factory that way making any transom+bracket an aftermarket modification?
