Cummins/Mercruiser 4.2L ES 320 hp weighs 1015 lbs for the motor, 165lbs for a Bravo One drive, and 65 lbs for the transom group, for a total of 1245 lbs, or just 36 lbs more than what you have now. thousand hours or MORE, compared to 2000 for the OB, and cost about $30K installed.
