well I will be the first to say it. Unless the boat has been stored in a garage since the day it was new. ther will probably be rot somewhere in it. all kidding aside, I would either purchase a moisture meter for a hundreds bucks or see if you can barrow one and go over the boat real good. I would pay specail attention to the transom. tilt the motor up and kinda lay your body over the lower unit ans see if the transom moves. Check around the console and leaning post for soft spots on the floor. remember if you find a soft spot the size of a soft ball you usually end up cutting a 2'x 2' spot to get at the rot. Once the water penetrates the coring it spreads alot.
