The early SeaCraft 27' Flybridge model had the same type of setup of engine box on a removable hatch.

Only 3 of these flybridge models were made with single big-block V8/TRS power from the factory, and they got the same engine box as the twin 250 ci motors.
Notice the deck lines are very like the 20' and 25' Seafari.
This is my favorite Seacraft model. The Royal Bahamas Defense Force has used one of these 1969 27' models as a drug interdiction patrol boat since 1983.
(It is still in use, but in 1994, it was converted from twin sterndrives to twin transom-mount 275 hp OMC V8 outboards, and then repowered to twin Yamaha 300 hpdi in '02.)
