You've got a sweet boat there. Aside from the soft market, you are correct regarding Fr. Franks reply- it's an apples to oranges comparison... but not necessarily in your favor.

No offense, but consider the following:
Both 23' Seacraft hulls, yours has a low transom, vs. a professionally done 30" new transom. Ask around what a transom job costs...And what would people prefer...

You have one motor. It's a 17 year old carbed 225 Johnson vs. two 6 year old EFI Merc 225. On the market each of those Mercs has twice the value of yours.

Marine vhf vs. full electronics & Furuno radar thus likely has t-top or arch ...

You have no trailer listed... It's at least 2 K to find a functional tandem, vs. trailer included.

Some folks want a CC, some prefer a cuddy, I'll grant you that CCs have more lookers thus maybe more value but that is buyer subjective.

Finally, you have a very well kept boat with an awesome paint job. But unless a prospective buyer is already planning on re-powering, the power plant is what really brings value and saleability, especially in a tough market.

I mean no disrespect and I hope you can sell it at full price. That bodes well for everybody here; but 19K, with older power and no trailer is what is keeping the buyers at bay. It's also limiting buyers to your waterway. You might consider a trailer credit or something...Just my 2 cents.
