For only 700.00 more this is what you would get, it would never have to removed to be repainted the other brackets will need to be. I am having my second one being done by Don at hermco. My fist bracket is about 2 years old still looks like the day it was installed. My second one is a twin engine bracket going on my 23ft. The other nice thing if you rig it like Don does it can be rigged through the bracket making a cleaner install no extra holes in the transome, just my two cents
