Thanks for the compliments guys, I'm happy to answer questions.
Josh,
I'm embarrassed to say I don't remember the pitch on the prop but I'll check tonight. But I can tell you it gives a ton of torque. Stainless 4 blades aren't cheap but they give crisp performance. You don't happen to be the new owner of the white 23 with the Verado that sold not too long ago are you? If so, beautiful boat.
Rlbol,
The Seacraft switch plate is actually original. I got a quote to have one made from Prospect Plastics but the original seemed nicer so I resurrected it. The original setup leaked because the lighting strip caused a bulge. So I backed it with a piece of 1/4 inch thick plexiglass; and I used a router to route a grove to hold the back lighting strip. I sealed the edges with clear 3M 101. I added some extra stainless screws to ensure it sat strait/flat (I have a little OCD in me

. Lastly, I replaced all the rocker-switches with new ones.
The Verado performance is nice - what you'd expect from a new Four Stoke engine. Fuel burn at cruse is 9-12gph running at 25-30 depending on conditions/load (I'm typically carrying 4+ passengers plus dive tanks). The Verado was not on THT, I'm a single engine kind of guy - which is why I wanted new, reliable power when I took my wife & friends 20+ miles out for the occasional trolling trip.
