they do make some very good velcro that would hold the netting up
I have some on a fridge in a larger boat to stop the door from opening
it is very strong stuff.
I bet you could velcro the netting in and you would be able to remove the net with a good tug
sounds like a good idea.
on another boat I had I found velcro straps that had a grommet in one end
I used a screw to attach the velcro strip to the liner of a 31 bertram
looped the velcro strap around the life jackets and secured them inside the cuddy. that worked nicely,
