Since I just went thru shopping around on the motor front from drop-on PH's to complete motors I did find one interesting. Not sure what the budget is but found a 150 Mariner 1988 carbed - low hours and very clean - been in my buddy's shop on consignment for 2 yrs+ - I was maybe just going to buy it and drop it on mine. I figured out a way to fix mine short of a full rebuild, I think it could be had for somewhere around 1200. Could use some paint on the cowel but it ain't bad but I would have, and made it look new.
