I am actually a suzi guy, but I got my fingers crossed that someone comes up with a diesel outboard soon. If you read the fine print, it looks like lotus (who use a tuned camry engine in their regular sports car, and supply chassis to Tesla), is working with orbital (the aussies behind Tohatsu TLDI and Merc Optimax).
