Depends on your trailer and the back spacing . . . but Ford Rangers have a nice 14" aluminum wheel with a center hole large enough for trailer hubs. A full set of 4 with tires are often available on Craigslist for cheap
The bolt pattern is same as a trailer. The weight of a ranger + max payload is well over the weight of a 23 with trailer + gear. I just bought a set of 4 complete with tires for $100.
