However unless the seller is mentally challenged in some way I see nothing wrong with trying to save MY family money by starting out with a low ball offer. Welcome to the world of sales. Sounds like you are pissed because someone sold a boat that you really liked. If you were so concerned about it why did you not offer to buy it your self?
