Check out Signature Finish. It's a REPAIRABLE 2 part urethane, made for the do-it-yourself market, that will work below the waterline! Very tough paint and easy to work with. Company owner painted his fiberglass pool liner with it 10 years ago and it still looks great. Ditto on Capt. Chuck's boat, that he painted in 1985! Send a PM to Capt.
