Thanks yall. I want to so bad to tear into the boat and go ahead and redo her, but the temporary fixes are going to do for now.
Also the 20' 1980 MA on craigslist(miami) looks like a good buy. Enclosed transom, bracket. Thats what I am going to be shooting for next winter..
