Hi jwclbi:

I made my own but used Lexan not Plexiglass. You can use a thinner sheet for Lexan and it will not crack and break. I used a heat gun and supported both sides with wood clamped together and then exposed approx 1” or 2” space in the middle and bent. It came out good and I have bent some other things since then.
