I've experienced 2 of the 3 symptoms and resolved them as follows:
1. I don't know but I'm sure someone else maybe Bigshrimpin does.
2. Trim reservoir, may be low on fluid - check to see if it takes ATF or 10-30W or some other hydraulic fluid and top it off accordingly. Low battery can also cause that problem.
3. My Hynautic steering requires air pressure. If yours does (would likely have a pressure gauge on top of canister that runs to cylinder) there will be a valve on that canister & you'll want to put 30 or 40 psi in w/bike pump whatever (maybe more) depending on model. Start with 20 or 30 psi. That may be enough to make it work confirming this thought.
