Here's a link to the Hynautic intructions, like Lew said, make sure to identify your model so you don't over do it and if you use a compressor make sure to limit the air pressure:

Regarding the power trim and tilt, if it isn't the low fluid, bad contacts or weak battery, the trim solenoid may be be cooked or have crusty terminal, check volts and ohms there. Good luck. let us know what you find
