I am by no means an electrician either, and you seem to have put time, effort, and therefore thought into this by the looks of your drawing. If I'm reading the drawing right, you have 2 bilges, but only 1 wired directly to a battery. I wired both of mine with switches each to their own battery. Hopefully taking a dead battery out of the equation. The other thing I noticed was your electronics are wired to the master switch. I read somewhere that electronics should be wired directly to a battery. Wiring where you have it will eliminate voltage drop due to load or resistance, but it may pick up noise from any number of things including alternators.
