Yeah, I was boarded by the CG on my flats boat in Iaslamorada. They were in a small inflatable and "pulled me over" with blue lights flashing about a half a mile from the shore. Wierd situation, I asked them if they were from the Islamorada CG station and they said no, from key West. I then asked them if that wasn't a rather long haul in an 18' boat and they told me there was a "mother ship" a couple of miles away. The only thing that pissed me off was the two officers who got on board had on black boots in full gear and as you can expect they left marks all over the floor of the boat. They were very professional and nice, however I told them they had no business boarding with black soled boots that would mark up someone's boat. Just a strange incident.
