Hey Strick,

I think you might be concerned with weight and awkwardness of the individual panels with the weight of the glass not being supported while putting them into place. I was just looking at the pic's of the twin I/O boat over on the for-sale section and an idea occurred to me. If you made up some panels of plywood for each major section and mounted them first and then replaced them one at a time with the real thing w/the glass, they might support the panels as you get the glass panels into place. Between being able to add a brace here and there to the wood, it might help.

Just an idea. I can't even imagine trying to install the glass in the panels with the frames already mounted in place. Good luck. - Lance
