Re: Registering project boat no hull# or title?
My '72 SeaCraft had no title in '01 when I got it, even though it had been last registered in CT in '79 as a SeaCraft.
I got a Florida "homemade" FLZ number, and convinced the clerk to put "SeaCraft" on the title by producing photos of the hull decal, partial serial plate under the helm, and the CT registration from '79 showing the serial # could be mine. [The decal had an indeterminate digit]
My boat had been abandoned in a barn for many years before I got it.
