Default Re: Transom Bracket - twin outboards

The last two days I had the motors in the top holes - which measure 2-1/2" or 4" depending which spot you measure to.......max speed in 1.5 foot chop was 13 mph b4 blowout. I ran every possible configuration - full tanks, empty ranks, trim - no trim, people in the bow, in the stern, fish n the box - no fish in the box (yes my 33 yr old boat caught it's first salmon!).
Motors will be back in the hole they ran best in (tomorrow). When they were there I could go wide open throttle on flat water - I can get the numbers the prop people want and maybe come up with a better prop situation.

I appreciate all the help you guys have been giving me.

Someone told me that Powertech props will work on exchanging their props for a fee until you get what you want.....
Will look into this tomorrow. They ask for a ton of specs - so I am guessing I can get pretty close right off the bat.
