Sounds like it's running on 3 cylinders, classic misfire under load. Maybe a bad coil. Pull the plugs and look for one that's black/heavily oil fouled, then check spark on that cyl. while cranking. Spark should jump about a 1/2" gap (don't hold on to the wire while doing that!
