Sorry for the delay...

The bracket can be modified to fit a single easily and this can be done at the shop where the boat is currently located. Involves drilling new lower mounting holes and welding in old holes and repainting that section of the bracket.

Anyone is welcome to see the boat. If you give me a heads-up I will try and meet you to discuss the boat.
