I used Teak Decking Systems Epoxy and seam caulk. I removed any soft core from the old deck, epoxied Joubert Marine Okume
13 layer Plywood then covered with 1708 and or 1808 biaxial
glass with epoxy then glued the teak down with the Teak Decking systems epoxy, no screws, concrete blocks and buckets of water for clamps, worked like a dream. The teak was glued together 3 strips wide per segment and layed down as segments.The outside border pieces are strip laminated and were bent and glued around a form same as the rub rail.
