I got one for my Action Craft. I'll have to check the pitch, I don't remember it off hand. Like yours it was dirt cheap. NIB for something like $150. I've run it a bit, but ended up using a 23P Mirage for my main prop. I don't recall the relative performance characteristics except that the Mirage gave higher top end and seemed to lift the bow more to get it on the pad at speed. The 20 Seacraft and Action Craft are totally different animals, so that won't help you much. But that Ballistic shore is purty. Makes a nice static display prop
