Wow. I've never seen polyester resin that color. I thought it might be epoxy resin that had sat long enough for the hardener to turn dark. It gets about that color.

I used casters like yours on my gantry crane and on the cradle for my Hewes Bonefisher. I got them at Lowes for about $10 each. Fr. Frank is right. The larger diameter wheels roll a lot easier. The heavy duty casters I used for the dolly under my Seafari have 4" wheels and can be difficult to get started rolling. Then again, it weighs 3000lbs, so I should probably expect to have to give it a good shove to get it going.

Your 20 is looking good. Nice precision work on that deck. Looks like it fits like a glove.
