The lid of my boat needs some work specifically in the area under the rub rail all along the boat. After 40 years of people screwing and unscrewing it is pretty beat. I am thinking that a layer of glass all along this area. would you wrap it over the top or just lay a strip 1.5"-2" wide all the way around? Hopefully a picture will work for me.
