Dedication? I think I only have a couple months before this thing needs to be in the water! Those few weeks will be gone before I know it, and spring is the busiest time of the year for me.
A couple gallons of diesel and a little bit of propane and we have foamed boxes!
I put pieces of ply up along the outside of the boat to guide the heat into the right places. and put the smaller heater under the trailer. After letting it blast away for a half an hour the hull had warmed up to 65+ degrees. Then I lit off the big propane heater (on medium) inside the wrap and I was off to pouring foam in a Tshirt! [8D]
Having one of these to check that the temp was even through the boxes is crucial!

Once this stuff hits 120degrees LOOK OUT the action starts to happen fast! I coaxed it along with a hand held heat gun too.
There was a little bit of spill over, and I have trimmed the excess, but that step of the project is DONE
