Four hoses from trim pump = pre-1984. 1984 saw the introduction of just two hoses with one trim cylinder in the center.
The cowl pinstriping changed from sparkled/metalflake blue/silver in '79, to 75/25 sixed wide blue/thin lt blue metalflake in '80-81, to 60/40 sized blue/lt blue stipes in '82-83, to brown/tan in '84, as well.

If you have ADI ignition (switch boxes with no distributor) with seeing the 60/40 sized blue/lt blue pinstripes in the picture, then I think you're in fact looking at '82-83.
