Default Re: 1972 23' cc project

So my progress has been slow but I have managed to get a little done lately.I was able to cut out some more of the floor and patch the big hole on the inside.I used 4 layers of 1708 mat. hopefully I can get the outside done this weekend.I had used a 2x4 screwed to a peice of 3/4'' plywood to keep the hull side straight when I glassed it up. I also had some time to get the front vents filled to. (sorry guys but I just like the smooth look a little better) Then on saturday when it was raining off and on and I couldnt get any glass work done i decided to get out the pressure washer and try to get some of the old bottom paint off. some of it came off good and other spots theres still a good amount left on there. I guess Im gonna have to sand it. I also had picked up this fighting station from my neighbor this weekend for free, not bad huh I'm thinking about painting it white. has anyone painted stainless before?? any suggestions would be great.thanks
