Hello everyone, I just found this site a week or so ago and I'm really enjoying the wealth of knowledge that you folks put out there for folks like me. I run an old '75 23ft Sceptre that has been in my family since new. She started out with the 233 I/O, spent about 20 years with a Volvo Penta TD, and she's been happy with a FWC 350 Mag Horizon for the last six years. I'll try to post a few pictures of her last weekend just before I splashed her again after a good spring cleaning. I had the transome replaced during the last re-power, and the finish work wasn't anything to write home about, but other than that she's strong and looks great. I've got temporary panels in at present over the fuel tank, and the the cockpit storage locker, while I'm having the originals re-built, once that's done she'll be good as new.
Thanks again for the great site, and I'll be checking in often to see what's new in the Seacraft world.
