Brian,
You can park overnight at Phil Foster if staying at a reserved campsite only.
You must call Kathy at least 1 day in advance and provide make, model, color, and tag # of rig, and boat brand, model, fl#, and trailer tag #. DNA sample and 8x10 color glossy.
I have an annual, but think it is 10 clams per night.
You can also park next to the shop where I work @ Blue Heron and 95 for free. Dirt lot gated and locked at night.
Bait is everywhere. Bottom fishing is better off Singer north to the old Juno Ball. Looked like the invasion of Normandy up there. Bug boats from as far as Sebastian. Two boats got 1,000 # of kings one night.
I`ll be live baitin` by the Dodge Wall and draggin` Bally. Maybe a ringer for Swordies.

Just after the full moon so if anyone gets up early.......high speed trolling for Wahoo is a good plan . All over by 8-830 though. Troll with the wind in 90-110 straight out.
