That's funny. Back in '88 I bought a boat listed as a 26' "old cigarette-type" with no title, that turned out to be a 1973 27' Magnum Marine with twin 310 hp small-blocks and Arneson drives. It had "sunk" on the lift when it filled with rainwater. I put new long-blocks in it and still tripled my investment. It did take me about four months to get it titled, though.
