Default Re: Diesel Outboard!!!!

Quote:
Tohatsu built diesel outboards in the 80s and 90s, not sure if they still do, most were commerical engines used on work barges in Japan, Ive heard some have over 20k hours on them and still running. My Dad tried to order one for his fishing pontoon back years ago but they wouldnt sell them in the US
Yanmar did, too. Yanmar built a 27 hp and a 36 hp version. But I think even the biggest Tohatsu diesel outboard was only 50 hp.

Jesus liked fishing, too. He even walked on water to get to the boat!
