While you're waiting for the tubing you might consider filling and re-drilling the holes.

The wood blocks that support the tubes are undoubtedly saturated if not rotting and leaking and that will be the source of your next water ingress regardless how nice the new tubes are. Filling all of those unseen voids is the key to doing that little job right the first time.
