Re: 20ft scuppers
This is actually on a buddys 20' that dosnt need a deck replacement. I am trying to figure out if there is enough height (pitch) to just pop scuppers in the transom and pipe to under side of the deck, or if they will be constantly underwater. I would love to cross them as has been suggested by other guys on here as having 2 'husky' guys on one side of the boat gets a little spooky at times. I like things to be 'idiot proof' and remembering to plug the OEM scuppers is not.
The scuppers on my 23 are simple weighted doors as my deck goes all the way back to the transom, simple.
Bob should have shot coat #2 yesterday, I am headed over today to take a look. Its getting close to coming out of the shop and I am getting antsy! If you see it in the yard, swing by any time!
