I just logged on and saw this post and figured I would put my 2cents in on this one being that I'm in the business.

A good quality T-top for a 20 will run you between $1,500 - $2000. Straight legs or bent legs will not cost you any more in my shop. The top should be sized for the boat and your needs. you can't box it in to a 4x6 or 5x7 type of deal. No one size fits all tops in my shop either.

I gotta go with Jimmy on this one, Go hard stay hard... Canvas is ok, but why spend the time and money every 5 to 7 years replacing it . The skin only weights about 5 pounds more then the canvas.

The box products from some suppliers have their place and if that is what you want then get one, but you can get a custom fabed top intalled on your boat for the same money.

Here is a pic of one of our basic T-tops, installed on site with the boat in the water, and note the rear legs where crowned to match the back legs of the customers leaning post- at no extra charge...
