I've seen boats dropped ON the ramp there, rusted trailers that broke in half with the boat still on it, I've seen some pretty good "drunk fights", a guy broke his leg trying to stop the boat from crashing the dock, however never a truck belly up. I would score it a 9.8.....minumum.
