FLZ is the manufacturer code used in Florida for a home built boat. It looks like a Superfisherman that's been rebuilt. The gunwale cap and splash well area have been modified, and the console isn't original.
I can't confirm it has the variable deadrise hull from your pictures. If it doesn't, it's a Barcone.
But it looks like a modified SF.
