Otherwise no problem. Denny's point about the actual cockpit space is interesting. I'd much rather have the Seafari's love shack element (not to mention that Flipper smile) or the Mr Moesly's Bowrider.
If the 20's fore deck and upper cap were consistent with the 23'Sceptre, then you have a winner. Might even net you a small v-berth.
Knowing how airborne the 20 hull can get, I'd probably avoid a 20' Seavette offshore

although it would probably ride like a dream in flat water.
