As for the F100- they are cheap for a used carburated one, have a little bog in the midrange-, but if you clean the strainers in the carbs, they seem reliable. Also lighter than a 130 etec, but not as light as a 90 etec.

The F100 might be available in 25", but I have never seen one. You might be able to get the shaft from a F115 to fit it with a 5" extension from bay manufacturing, but I haven't tried, that costs as much as a used F100. I paid $1000 for a model year 2000. Another one went for $950 on the CL up here- a 2003 with 650 hours.
