I also think it is sitting low. The picture is hard to make out but the bracket might be a non flotation type
coupled with the extra weight of twins would dip the ass end for sure. Notice the forward lifting strake is out of the water.

Both Snookerd's & Briguy's 23's had twins but I don't remember how they sat in the water.



I know there is a big difference with a floation bracket & a single engine on a 23'.
