I purchsed heynow's 23 Scpetre a few weeks ago and will be selling the custom windshield, engine box (custom made to accomodate the Yanmar 315 set up as an I/O), and fold up transom platform. I'm thinking about $650 for the window but am not sure on the other items. I'll put pics us soon but you can also see them on the general thread and "79 Sceptre value?".
