Thanks guys. This site inspired me to take on this project. I didn't know the first thing about boat restorations before discovering this site. There's truly a wealth of information here!

The glove box on the console doesn't open all the way now. I cut four inches out of the width of the console which tightened everything up there. Its kinda a pain but it works ok. Just have to feel around for your stuff.

My plans for the in-floor live well are: 1) have a two pump set up, one pumping in and one pumping out with a float switch in the top of the well. 2) have one pump flooding the well. Place a large, maybe 1-1/2 inch screened thru hull fitting at the very top of the well. This would gravity feed the overflow into a small maybe 1 gallon sealed box in the bilge. This box would contain a float switch and pump out. Not really sure if this would work or not or how the constant on/off action of the pump would affect the pump life and battery life. Still thinking about a good solution.
